Built alone, from the first screen to the store release. Staff run the evening on a floor plan, a live timeline and a kanban board, and move reservations by drag and drop. Used by more than 100 restaurants, in the App Store and on Google Play.
Every restaurant client of this SaaS gets its own branded app. That used to take weeks of manual work per client. I designed and built a generator that produces the app from a configuration and takes it all the way to the stores, in about two hours.
Restaurants connect their existing landline number to WhatsApp Business. Guests write to that number, and the bot takes reservations and answers questions about the menu and the venue. NestJS backend on AWS Bedrock: bookings run on Claude Sonnet, simple questions on the faster, cheaper Claude Haiku.
